Stay stylish throughout the seasons
Slush pants, raincoat or snowsuit? That may be the right clothes for children when it’s pouring rain or when the snow is piled up in the streets. But how does a bank manager or adviser get dry from the door to the workplace or the customer? If you do not have a garage at home or an underground parking space at work, then you inevitably come into contact with the weather on your way to the office . Even the short walk to the subway or a few steps to the taxi can already do bad things on the appearance .
The style experts Anke Quittschau and Christina Tabernig of the training institute correct! Have some tips on how to lay down a flawless performance in spite of bad weather:
Scarf and hat to suit? The bobble hat or coarse knitted wool hat may be hip, but does not fit into a business outfit for the man . A matching hat for winter outfit is made of felt and has a small brim. This year’s hat is back in style. You will get one or the other view, but that strengthens your self-confidence.
Also, the scarf to suit should not be rough knit. A fine scarf made of cashmere or fine knit is more noble and far more suitable for a classic outfit.
The way a scarf is worn is varied.
Stay away from loops that are looped around your neck until your head just looks like a pin. Such an accessory may protect perfectly against freezing cold and snowstorms, but in the office the scarf or the cloth should not be the biggest garment on the body
Gloves — a must haveNot everyone likes to wear gloves. But they are an accessory that should not be missing in the winter coat. However, do not use ski gloves or mittens. A stylish glove is made of soft (nappa) leather and preferably lined with silk, lambskin or cashmere. A good glove survives more than just a winter. Especially if you put gloves that have become wet, do not put on the heater to dry. Wet gloves are best placed carefully in a well-ventilated area. And two more tips:
A coat is a good investment for the winter. Please do not put the sporty ski jacket to suit! A coat should be longer than the jacket. For women, the rule is: A coat should be longer than the skirt hem. Of course, that’s not the case with long skirts. In winter, ladies are welcome to wear a down coat over their trouser suit or costume.
